What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, WhatsApp us, email us, or phone us, we keep a note of what you sent: name, business, address, postcode, town, phone, email, your message, and whether you use WhatsApp.
Why we have it
Two reasons. Replying to your enquiry, and, if you become a client, doing the work. That's it. No newsletters, no retargeting pixels, no resale.
Where it lives
- Form submissions are sent as email through Resend, a reputable transactional email provider
- WhatsApp messages sit in WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy rules
- Phone and email conversations stay in our inboxes and phones
- We don't run tracking cookies or third-party analytics that identify you personally
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while they might still be useful, typically no longer than two years. Client records are kept for the duration of the project and up to six years afterwards to meet UK accounting and tax rules.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted (subject to any legal retention rules). Email hello@sandwichwebsites.co.uk and we'll sort it.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Fonts and images are loaded from Google Fonts and Unsplash, which may set their own cookies under their policies.
